MEPRA-DSR is a dual-action gastro-resistant proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and prokinetic agent indicated for the treatment of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders. This combination of Esomeprazole and Domperidone offers rapid relief from acidity, GERD, heartburn, and related symptoms while ensuring faster gastric emptying and motility.Esomeprazole, the S-isomer of omeprazole, provides potent and long-lasting acid suppression by inhibiting the gastric H+/K+ ATPase pump. It offers superior bioavailability and acid control compared to other PPIs.
