Mechanism of Action

• Moxifloxacin 0.5% (5.0mg) is a fourth-generation fluoroquinolone that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial replication and leading to rapid bacterial death. It is effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
• Ketorolac Tromethamine 0.5% (5.0mg) inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, thus reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins responsible for pain, swelling, and inflammation.
