🧪 How PEGENTA Works

1. Gentamycin (0.3%) – A potent aminoglycoside antibiotic that kills bacteria by stopping protein synthesis. It is effective against many Gram-negative and some Gram-positive bacteria.
2. Beclomethasone (0.025%) – A corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, swelling, and allergic reactions in the ear.

💧 How to Use

• Dosage: Instill 2–3 drops into the affected ear 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by the physician.
• Use under medical supervision.
• Lie on your side for 3–5 minutes after instillation to allow the drops to penetrate.
• Do not use in perforated eardrum or middle ear infections unless advised by a doctor.
